Subscription members will be given priority support on the TeachingJoomla.com forum.  Fair use policy applies. Most questions will be answered within 24 hours.  Questions requiring lengthy solutions should be submitted as part of your "Questions for Norm" submissions.

Submitted Video questions.
Each member is entitled to 2 questions per month (subject to change).  These video responses will be a maximum of 5 minute "how to" videos. Fair Use policy applies.

Fair use policy.
Means that the longer the subscription you have, the more questions you can post. As a general rule each member is allowed up to 5 forum questions per month, and 2 video questions per month. Members seen to be abusing this generous limit will be asked to stop.

Refund Policy.
Members are required to read the Terms and Conditions and agree to them. No refund will be offered except under extreme circumstances.
